This is your chance to tell us about what your dog is like.

All you have to do is fill out our Membership Form, sign our Release Form, and bring proof of vaccinations for your pet. Click on the file below and either email it back to us at happypawsdogdaycare@gmail.com or bring it with you to your meet and greet session.

The 10-15 minute meet and greet tour is a chance for your dog to meet us and check out the outdoor and indoor space while you are with them.
